The location was easy, near the train station, in a very nice area. I had a very good stay. - the room was good-sized and airy, with a private bathroom.

We were in Exeter for 1 day, had very nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and magnificent location near buses quickly into town. Location: the property was adjacent to rail station, the taxis, and restaurant.

Extremely good location and excellent staff!
all in all, it was great base for traveling to exeter. room was good value. send regards to manager. its 15 mins walk to the center.

The choice of real ale in the bar.
Booked.net advertised it as free parking. Actually they just suggested where you could park nearby. The wifi kept going wrong.

We both enjoyed the wonderful, small, and quaint place. the staff were pleasant and provided helpful information. - the location was particularly good, with a short walk to two taxi ranks and public transport.

The breakfast here is delicious with a great selection of toast, bread, cereal, and fresh fruit, and the location is perfect right by the Dawlish sea wall.
